Altis Glass — Glass Cutting & Washing
Glass cutting and washing on European HEGLA equipment. Washing uses a reverse-osmosis system; water pH reduced to 0% for spotless purity.
Glass cutting and washing at the Altis Glass factory is the key starting stage of quality glass processing. The company uses leading European equipment — including the Hegla Optimax 6133 cutting line — and Reverse Osmosis water treatment systems (the same technology used in space rockets). During washing, the water PH is reduced to 0 to obtain absolutely clean, streak-free glass, ensuring a flawless result in subsequent tempering, lamination and IGU stages. Both single- and multi-layer glass are processed, including custom sizes and shapes.
