Altis Glass — Glass Lamination & CNC Cutting
Lamination: multilayer safety glass with PVB (armored, anti-vandal, bulletproof), since 2016. Max size 2400×4000 mm (expanding to 2600×6000 mm). CNC cutting: 1200×2600 mm, thickness 4–300 mm.
In its lamination process Altis Glass bonds two or more glass sheets with a special PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer to produce multi-layer safety glass. Such laminated glass does not scatter on breakage and does not harm people, making it ideal for balustrades, glass floors, multi-storey facades and bullet-proof applications. The current maximum lamination size is 2400 mm × 4000 mm, with expansion to 2600 mm × 6000 mm planned. CNC glass-cutting equipment processes doors, decorative and special-shape glass up to 1200 mm × 2600 mm with high precision; both single-layer and multi-layer glass in 4–300 mm density can be handled.
